FYI, the TNB Bills are now registered under the owner's name and not under Peluang Mutiara anymore. I went to the developer office regarding this as my tenant continued to pay for the old account, and only then that they told me it has changed and gave me the receipts on the name transfer and changes.

Due to economic uncertainties in 2009, it is indeed bad timing for Syabas to raise the rates and in the process make it harder for people to make ends meet in the coming months.

林先生说，2004年他在旺沙玛朱（wangsa maju）地区买了一个公寓单位，2008年初领取新屋锁匙，年中才获得临时入伙纸。

现在面对的问题是当初购买及签买卖和约时，房屋的门牌号码是B-12-1, 可是，领取入伙纸后，吉隆坡市政局发了一封信，指公寓的1号门牌需改为2号，2号需改为1号，如此一来，他的单位变成B-12-2号。

最近，吉隆坡市政局产业估价署寄了一封缴交门牌税的通知书，通知书上的业主名字并没有改，意思就是林先生还是B-12-1的业主，不明白为何吉隆坡市政局的协调工作如此没有较率。

分层地契法令规定成立管理公司管理共同产业。但由于繁文缛节及人为因素。居民需耗多年的时间才获得分层地契。无分层地契则无法成立。进而导致共同产业的管理出现悬空的状态。让发展商持控制权。为业主提供管理和维修共同产业的服务同时也可以向业主征收服务费。

分层产业最令人头痛的是共同产业（common property)的管理。每一座公寓或商业大楼都有少则数十，多则上百至千个单位。要团结这些业主来管理共同产业必须有完善的法律机构来强制业主的参与。不然肯定是不能达到共同管理的目标。

When disposing your rubbish and if the rubbish bin is not around, kindly walk up or down one floor to dump your rubbish in the rubbish bin there. Do not just leave you rubbish on the floor.

This can attract the mice and you can have stains on the floor. Don't forget the odour from it.
