Please do not litter at the Mail Boxes area

Be more civic conscious. Littering makes the place looks messy.
The Security should ensure no sales personnels be allowed in
to "dump" their name cards/brouchers/pamphlets in our mail boxes.
I had seen 2 staff from an Educational Institution dumping the
"unwanted mails" on the floor after they had collected the Utilities
Bills.
