actually if that fella has a bit of common sense...that little sense of his will tell him that flicking the ciggie butt is not a wise thing to do as it will land into someone's balcony.

There are a lot of uncivilised people staying in metroview. Just take a look at the walls and you will get what i mean. These people really kurang ajar. Their parents never tell them that vandalism is wrong...conteng here conteng there, and some buggers even leave their shoemarks on the wall!

the cigarette ashes and the cigarette butt is really irritatinig, and i gotta sweep the balcony floor if not it will get into the house
is there any solution for this?
