The defective liability period is going to be expired. The above mentioned item still yet to be change. You are advise to write to the developer individually as enclosed.

Further to our latter ref: Wangsa Metroview Condo B2-6(15) dated 7.7.2008 regarding the above mentioned items. So far no action from you at all. The defective liability period is going to be expired. We want to know when will you complete ratify it?

Normally you have to use fully copper wires or fully aluminum wires for the sub-main of the condo units. But for our unit, you have used aluminum wires and jointed with copper wires at the end which is against the IEE and TNB regulation.

You have to instruct your electrical sub-contractor to remove and replace as to IEE and TNB regulation. Failing which we will take action to claim for our right.
